Cancellation Policy:
12 hours notice is required for any scheduled time changes or cancellations. Appointments cancelled within one hour of appointment time or missed completely, are subject to a 50% charge for first missed appointment and 100% for subsequent missed or late schedule changes. All cancellations must be made by phone only.
