Meet Our Practitioners

Devoted to client care and professionalism, the practitioners at Body Kneads Massage continually pursue health care education, as they strive to provide complete health and wellness programs for their clients.

Christina Kish, PROPRIETOR, R.M.T., C.M.R.
Christina has been a Registered Massage Therapist in the Leamington area since 1996 and opened Body Kneads Massage Centre in 2001. She has studied extensively in the area of myofascial release and postural improvement, and holds certificates in craniosacral therapy,TMJ Mastery, ultrasound and has become a PSYCH-K® facilitator. She yearly attends the Can Fit Pro conference in Toronto to advance her health and fitness knowledge. Christina participated as an examiner for the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario from 1998 to 2007 and has taught Myofascial Release to health care professionals in Canada and the US.

Sandi Myles, R.M.T.
Sandi graduated in June of 2003 as a Registered Massage Therapist and began working at Body Kneads later that year. In January 2006, she traveled to Thailand for a month to study the theory and techniques of Thai massage; as well as the preparation and use of herbal compresses. Sandi has completed additional courses in hot stone therapy, energy work, shoulder/neck workshops, aromatherapy and TMJ Mastery (2009).

Jamie Stibbard, R.M.T.
Jamie is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated in 2006 from the Canadian College of Health Sciences and Technology. She went on to further her training by completing a Jenings Myofascial workshop in 2007 for lumbar myofascial release. She is currently receiving extra training in craniosacral therapy to add to her practice. Jamie joined Body Kneads in November 2008 and strives to help others maintain healthy lifestyles.

Britt Schooley, B.Sc., R.M.T.
Britt has been an RMT since 2002 after graduating from the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in Toronto, having already received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Ottawa.
Before joining Body Kneads Massage Centre, Britt gained experience working with a wide variety of clients in Massage Therapy clinics in Toronto and Ottawa. During this time, Britt added Stone Massage Therapy, Aquatic Massage Therapy, Reflexology and Reiki to her skill set. She is currently studying to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist in hopes of helping others reach their nutritional goals. In the future, Britt plans to take some courses in myofascial release as well.

Elsie Dyck, R.M.T.
Elsie Dyck has graduated from the International Academy of Massage in Ottawa. For the convenience of the client Elsie speaks Low-German and is familiar with Spanish. Elsie's training includes deep tissue, relaxation, sports, pre and post-natal, infant and child massage, swelling techniques, post-surgery, myofascial release and more. She will always be expanding her knowledge and experience base with more courses and practice. Elsie looks forward to meeting you and working together with you for the benefit of your health and well-being.

Lucas Szczepanik, B.Sc., D.C.
In 2004, Luke graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic, from Northwestern Health Sciences University, Bloomington, Minnesota. After graduation, he moved to Calgary where he practiced for 2 years as the team chiropractor for the 2005 CJFL Calgary Colts. He moved back to Leamington in 2006 to be closer to his family and is currently the team trainer/doctor for the 2007/08 and 2008/09 OHA Junior C Champions Essex 73's. Luke utilizes exercise and rehabilitation techniques, as well as myofascial release therapy and orthotic therapy to diversify his chiropractic practice. He also has a strong interest in achieving proper spinal stability/strength through core training exercises.

Kathy Klym, RRPr, CWC
Kathy is a recent graduate of the Ontario College of Reflexology (OCR) and joined Body Kneads in 2007. With an extensive background in business and accounting, she has redirected her career to the field of natural health. While having experienced a wide variety of modalities, Reflexology is her favourite, creating the desire to share with others the healing benefits of this relaxing and pain-reducing therapy. Kathy is registered
with the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario, certified in both foot and hand reflexology as well as recently receiving her certification in Wellness Coaching.
