What are your shipping and handling rates?
Body Kneads Massage and Wellness Centre offers flat fees for shipping and handling, regardless of the weight or size of your order. There are no hidden charges or delivery fees. The price you see is the price you pay.

$10.00 for standard Canada Post, shipped within Canada.

Currently there is no International Shipping.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

When will my order arrive?
Your order will take approximately 3-6 business days to arrive.  Please allow for extra time during mid to late December, as the mail is often delayed with holiday shipments.  Orders received after noon on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

Is it safe to order online at bodykneadsmassage.ca?
Yes … our site's Checkout features the highest level of SSL encryption technology available to transmit your order securely.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For online orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.  If you prefer to pay with a money order, please place your order by phone 519-325-0118 to ensure you have the correct total.  Your order will be processed when payment is received.

I just ordered, but I may have made a mistake on my order.
Please review your automatic e-mail confirmation.  If you did make a mistake, contact us immediately.  You can reach us by phone at 519-325-0118 or by e-mail at bodykneads@wavedirect.net.  We are happy to correct any mistakes before the order has been shipped but often your order is shipped out the same day, so please let us know right away if there are corrections to be made.

My order has not arrived.  What should I do?
Please contact us by email at bodykneads@wavedirect.net or by phone 519-325-0118 with your order number, if you know it, as well as your name, phone, address, complete credit card number and what you ordered.  Please note that our business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST.

I am trying to place an order online but I am having trouble.
If for any reason you are unable to order online, please call us at 519-325-0118 to order by phone and we will be happy to assist you.  If you call before or after business hours, you can leave your order, shipping and billing information, credit card information and order on our voicemail and we will be happy to call you with a confirmation.  If you would prefer, leave your phone number or email contact and we can contact you directly to place your order.

I just ordered, but I’m not sure if my order went through.
You will receive an automatic confirmation to the email address you provide.  Please check your email in a few minutes to make sure your order was received.  If you did not receive a confirmation, your order did not go through, or your confirmation was not able to be delivered.  A confirmation can fail to be delivered if you typed in your email address incorrectly, or the confirmation was blocked by your email provider.  If you have a spam blocker, please remember to check it as well. You will also have the added option of printing a reciept online. After your payment is processed, just click the "View Printable Receipt" link on the confirmation page. Please call us at 519-325-0118 or email bodykneads@wavedirect.net to make sure we received your order if you are still uncertain.

Return Policy: All sales are final. Body Kneads will replace any product received damaged with an identical new product in the same scent as the original. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. Please contact us at 519-325-0118 before returning any products so we are aware.

Privacy Policy: Body Kneads respects your privacy and is totally committed to protecting your personal information at all times. Names, addresses, email addresses and credit card information are only collected when voluntarily submitted by you. We do not sell, transfer or disclose any of your personal information to a third party other than to process your payment.
